When will my order ship? (U.S. & International Orders)

Ordered are shipped up by USPS within 5-7 business days after they are placed - this does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive notification via email with a tracking # when the order being packaged. Choosing priority mail or other fast shipping does not waive this process time, it only speeds up shipping time. 

If you need an order by a certain date, please email or reply to your order confirmation and I will do what I can to ship sooner. 

How long will it take to get my order? 

Domestic Orders: If you have chosen first class shipping, you will receive your order 3-5 days AFTER the processing period of 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays). If you have chosen Priority Mail shipping, you will receive your order approximately 1-3 days after the processing period of 5-7 days. Therefore, first class mail orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and Priority Mail orders can take up to 12 days. 

International Orders: Generally, international orders take 2-3 weeks after the 5-7 day processing period to arrive.

I have a tracking number, but it hasn't been updated or is still in "pre-shipment," what do I do? Once a package is picked up by USPS, it is out of our hands and we have no control over when USPS scans the package. Occasionally, USPS will not scan a package until it is delivered or near the destination. Please only contact us if your tracking has not updated and it has been at least 14 business days since you received a tracking number via email. 

What If I need an order by a certain date? If we are able, we are happy to accommodate a request for an order by a certain date. This request must be made by emailing us directly at shop@femmedebloom.com with your order #. Please do not make your request via instagram, other social media, or a note in your order as we cannot guarantee that will be seen in time. Â
