Product Questions

Clip on earrings are available for almost all earrings in the shop! If an earring is not available as a clip on option, it will be stated in the product description.

To request clip ons, just write the request for them in the notes of your order, located in the cart section before checkout.

Hook earrings are available for all earrings in the shop as a free customization. Please note that the top stud of the earring will be removed and replaced with a hook - if you want to keep the top stud, you must specify this in the notes of your order. 

To request hooks, just write the request for them in the notes of your order, located in the cart section before checkout.

Please also note that if you order hooks you should add 3/4" to the earring length listed on the product description. For hooks with the top stud add 1.5."  It is the customers responsibility to note the length and determine whether this will work for them. 

Gauges are available as a customization, with a $7-$12 fee per pair depending on your gauge size. 

To request a conversion to gauges, please email me at shop@femmedebloom with your gauge size and I will email you an invoice after I determine the cost. Please note that if you only write this request in the notes of your order and do not email, it may lead to a delay in receiving your order.

All earrings are made with nickel-free silver plated posts or surgical steel. 

The option for 14k gold posts or 925 sterling silver posts is available at $2 extra per pair. For this option, please reply to your order confirmation after your order is placed and we will invoice you for the upgrade. 

Please note that if you write a note on your order and do not email this request, it will delay your order being shipped as I do not see notes on orders until the order is being packaged.

Currently, I do not accept custom orders as I am a one woman small business with two other jobs so my time is limited! 

I do accept requests for future collection drops; however, I cannot guarantee inclusion of your request in a drop as I make decisions based on demand and what acrylic colors I have available. 

In most cases, I cannot customize specific sets (two of one character or switching out character earrings to mix and match) because of the way I print acrylic. 

Unless it is specified to do so in the product description (for example, if you want clip ons, hooks or a different size of fabric button earrings), please do not request a customization to your order unless you have emailed first to ask if this is possible. If you request a customization using the notes of your order, I can not guarantee that I can accomodate it since a majority of the products listed in the shop are ready to ship. 

Items & collections are restocked on a regular basis depending on season and demand. I cannot keep all collections restocked at once as I am a one woman-business and all of the inventory is stored in my home - so I have limited space! 

You can help me by signing up for in-stock notifications so that I know what you're waiting for! An email sign up option is available for each item in the shop. Restock announcements are made via instagram, the email newsletter, and the text announcement line.

All acrylic is printed by UV printing and is very durable as well as waterproof. 

All earrings are hand-glued with industrial strength adhesive. Because of the nature of hand-crafted jewelry, occasional regluing may be needed over time. I recommend E6000-Jewelry glue which is available at all craft stores and online as an option if your earrings come unglued!

My earrings are lightweight and handmae with jump rings and industrial strength adhesive. While durable for every day wear, they can be delicate if tossed around in a bag, jewelry box, or suitcase.

If earrings are jostled or crushed during travel, the jump rings may loosen or shift. I unfortunately cannot be responsible if this occurs.  

I reccomend the following:

  • Wrapping each pair in a small piece of tissue paper or bubble wrap
  • Placing them in a padded jewelry pouch or small box
  • Keeping them in your carry-on instead of luggage when possible. 

 

The actual charms used for the acrylic earrings are durable for a very long period of time as they are UV printed and water proof. However, they are not scratch resistant so be sure to keep them away from sharp objects. 

Earrings posts are glued with industrial strength jewelry glue, which is meant for long-term wear. I recommend storing them in room temperature areas because heat and humidity can lead to a weakening of the strength of the glue and cause posts to fall off. 

As mentioned, earrings are hand-glued with industrial strength adhesive. Because of the nature of hand-crafted jewelry, occasional regluing may be needed over time. I recommend E6000-Jewelry glue which is available at all craft stores and online as an option if your earrings come unglued!

This is a very common and easy fix. Jump rings can occasionally shift or open slightly during shipping or normal wear.

To reattach it, use a pair of small pliers, tweezers (or two sturdy fingernails) and gently twist the jump ring closed side-to-side until the ends meet again. Avoid pulling the ring outward, as twisting keeps its shape and strength intact.

Once closed, the earring will be just as secure as before and does not require a replacement.

Returns

I do not accept returns after an order has been shipped and all sales are final. It is the customers responsibility to read the item description and view the product photos when shopping. 

Return/Exchanges are permitted for items that damaged or if there was an error on our part. Please contact  within 30 days of payment at shop@femmedebloom.com and I will be happy to provide a replacement, refund or exchange for another item.

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

- Order arrived too late or later than expected (please read our shipping policy before ordering)

- Custom orders

- Package was lost by post office

Because each pair of earrings is handmade, occasional minor adjustments may be needed after shipping. The following do not qualify as damage and can be easily fixed at home:

  • Slightly open jump rings
  • Posts/hooks that need gentle reshaping
  • Minor shifting from transit

These are considered normal handling or shipping adjustments and do not require replacement.

A damaged earring is defined as:

  • Acrylic  that arrives scratched, snapped, or fully broken 
  • A charm or component that has completely detached and cannot be reattached
  • Posts or findings that arrive broken beyond simple reshaping
  • Printing defects or visible flaws present upon arrival

If your earrings arrive with true structural damage,

  • Slightly open jump rings
  • Posts/hooks that need gentle reshaping
  • Minor shifting from transit

These are considered normal handling or shipping adjustments and do not require replacement.

  • Acrylic or resin that arrives cracked, snapped, or fully broken
  • A charm or component that has completely detached and cannot be reattached
  • Posts or findings that arrive broken beyond simple reshaping
  • Printing defects or visible manufacturing flaws present upon arrival

If your earrings arrive with true structural damage, please contact me at shop@femmedebloom.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can help make it right.

Shipping

I ship from Orange County, California. 

Absolutely! International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout to ensure that you are not overcharged. 

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (not including weekends/holidays). Choosing expedited shipping does not waive this processing time or mean that your order will ship sooner.

If you need your order by a specific date, DO NOT write this request in the notes of your order. Please email shop@femmedebloom.com or reply to your order confirmation to make this request. Otherwise, I cannot guarantee I will see it in time to fulfill your request.  If possible, I will ship your order next day upon request.

Please note that once an order leaves my office, it is out of my hands and the responsibility is on the shipping carrier to delivery your order in a timely manner. I cannot guarantee arrival dates as this is out of my control.

I recommend researching the different shipping methods offered to identify which would be the best for you. You can also email me your preferred delivery date and I can advise on the best option for your needs!

 

U.S. Orders: If you have chosen USPS ground shipping, you will receive your order 2-5 days AFTER the processing period of 5-7 business days. If you have chosen Priority Mail shipping, you will receive your order approximately 1-3 days after the processing period of 5-7 days. Therefore, ground mail orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and Priority Mail orders can take up to 12 business days.

International Orders: Generally, international orders take 2-3 weeks after the 5-7 day processing period to arrive. I also offer expedited shipping with DHL at checkout. 

Please note that I cannot guarantee delivery dates and that the dates listed at checkout are estimates. I am not responsible for and do not control over what happens to your package after it leaves my hands and is in USPS possession. 

Yes, combined shipping is available if you place additional orders if your first order has not been shipped. Please email at shop@femmedebloom.com to make this request and do not write a note in your order. If you do not email, I cannot guarantee combined shipping as I often do not see notes on orders until the the order is being packaged.

Occasionally, USPS marks a package as delivered by mistake when it is being held at the post office or it is still in transit.

Before contacting:
1. Wait 2-3 days to see if the package is delivered and check with your neighbors/apartment complex management if it was delivered elsewhere by mistake

2. Please visit (we recommend an in-person visit, not calling as it’s usually not successful) your local post office and inquire about the package.

3. Open a missing mail request on USPS.com here.

If USPS confirms that the package is lost, please contact us and we can discuss options for either a replacement or filing a claim.

At checkout, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders are automatically processed and shipped to the exact address entered at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • I am not able to edit, reroute, or cancel the order once it has been processed.
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced, refunded, or reshipped at my expense.
  • If the package is delivered to a nearby or incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility to locate and retrieve it (ex: contacting the resident, checking with neighbors, or reaching out to USPS directly).

If the package is returned to me by USPS, I’m happy to reship it — the customer will be responsible for the new shipping fee.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order to ensure smooth delivery.

Wholesale

Yes, wholesale is available for eligible resellers! I provide wholesale discount codes for my shop based on quantity purchased. The minimum amount is 20 items (of any variety) at 30% off, 30+ items is 40% off and 40+ items is $50% off. 

To inquire about receiving these codes please email shop@femmedebloom.com with the following information:

  1. Name of business where items will be sold and applicable website
  2. Resellers permit or business permit 
  3. Provide information as to whether items will be for in person sales or online
